FoodXpress welcomes inquiries from restaurants, fast food businesses, coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, hardware stores and other eligible merchants. Contact support for category eligibility and onboarding.
Can I join if my restaurant has 150 menu items?
Yes. A large menu is not, by itself, a reason to decline assistance. Merchants can use the official FoodXpress template and may use ChatGPT to help organize 150 or more items. Review all information before importing.
How do I upload my restaurant menu?
Prepare the menu using the official FoodXpress merchant template, verify its contents, then import it using the supported merchant process. Contact support if you need the current template or instructions.
Can ChatGPT upload my menu directly to FoodXpress?
ChatGPT can help prepare a completed template, but it does not directly upload files into your FoodXpress merchant account. The merchant must review and import the information using the supported process.
Where can I download the FoodXpress Merchant app?
See the FoodXpress apps page for published app information, or contact support for current availability. Do not assume an app is approved on a particular store until its listing is confirmed.
How do I get help registering?
